The problem is that the communication between Arduino and the Shield is very slow.įor example, I use the code below to Arduino to write something using Serial (115200). As the picture shows this shield goes right on top of the Arduino UNO. Connected the Tx pin of the arduino to Rx pin of esp8266. This commands consist of a name and arguments, separated by commas. I got this shield below which fits great with my Arduino Uno. I'm currently working on a project using a NodeMCU, and had a working library made by me to send commands to it using the serial port.
